Cancellation Policy
Glitter Glam Booking Policy 1. Payment Requirements: A pay link will be sent after your request is approved. Please check spam folder for the link! All bookings must be paid in full with in 24 hours of your request approval to reserve your selected date and time. We cannot hold any reservations without full payment. Appointment will be cancelled if not completed. 2. Non-Refundable Bookings: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Once your reservation is made, we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances. 3. Credit for Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you may use the amount paid as a credit toward a future event at Glitter Glam. This credit must be used within 30 days of the original booked date. 4. Rescheduling: To use your credit for a later date, please contact us at least 72 hours before your original event date to arrange a new booking. Thank you for choosing Glitter Glam!
